Was on the computer and watching TV at the same time when the 5.1 earthquake hits.
My six parakeets started chirping & flying inside the cage. My Aussie Shepherd dog was moon bathing in the backyard but immediately came at the back door looking very nervous. Gave him a nice, big hug to assure him mommy’s right here and nothing to worry about.
We came to California from the Philippines in 1968. I’m now in my early 60’s and still not used to these earthquakes. I hope no one got hurt or properties damaged. God bless California.
