Earthquake location -55.9823S, -27.2173WA moderate earthquake with magnitude 5.4 (ml/mb) was reported 79 km N of Visokoi Island, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands (49 miles) on Tuesday. Event id: us1000e5ac. Ids that are associated to the earthquake: us1000e5ac. Exact location, longitude -27.2173° West, latitude -55.9823° South, depth = 35 km. Global time and date of event 15/05/18 / 2018-05-15 08:17:54 / May 15, 2018 @ 8:17 am UTC/GMT. A tsunami warning has not been issued (Does not indicate if a tsunami actually did or will exist).
