Light earthquake, 4.4 mag was detected near Port-Vila in Vanuatu

Earthquake location -17.9122S, 168.1217WA light earthquake with magnitude 4.4 (ml/mb) was detected on Thursday, 28 kilometers (17 miles) from Port-Vila in Vanuatu. A tsunami warning has not been issued (Does not indicate if a tsunami actually did or will exist). The earthquake was roughly at a depth of 35 km (22 miles). Event id: us1000g299. Ids that are associated to the earthquake: us1000g299. Exact location of event, depth 35 km, 168.1217° East, -17.9122° South. Global date and time of event UTC/GMT: 02/08/18 / 2018-08-02 06:30:43 / August 2, 2018 @ 6:30 am. The temblor was detected at 17:30:43 / 5:30 pm (local time epicenter).
